It is useful to know how to take your time, and to sit down rather than trying to follow others by running in their wake. Take time for yourself and think about yourself. Let them go and think about who you are, what you love, what makes you happy, what allows you to be in harmony with your inner being. Take this time out every time you feel overwhelmed by events, by your emotions, by life. Others will not do it for you. You are the sole mistress of your destiny.
